Committee Descriptions

Cookies – Twice a month on Wednesday, volunteers bake and sell cookies during lunch. Setup begins at 8:00am and we’re usually finished by 1:00pm. It’s a lot of fun.

Membership – Contact Lana Hickman or e-mail us to join the BHS Bronco Band Booster Club. It’s a great way to support the band students.

Tailgate – The Band Booster Club serves meals to the band members before football games, trips, and competitions. These meals are served to paying band members only.

Marching Band – A group of volunteers that assist in building props, carts, or anything else the Director needs for the band. If necessary, they assist the Pit getting on and off the field during football games and competitions.

Telephone – Occasionally it is necessary to contact the band parents to notify them of an event coming up or last minute changes in the band schedule.

Publicity – Designs our programs for the banquet and concerts. Makes invitations for special events during the year.

Spirit – Has an inventory of Polo band shirts, yard signs, decals, and other items for sale throughout the year for the band student’s and their parents.
